How it works?
- Earn 10 points for every dollar you spend on bookings before tax
- Your points are added to your account associated with the email you booked with us. No need to login to accumulate points
- Redeem anytime! Redemption starts at 500 points, which is equal to $5.00
- The maximum amount of points you can earn in a single booking is 10,000 or equivalent of $100 credit.
Have you booked with VRPlayin in the past? Surprise! We're backlogging all our previous bookings so you still receive points! As long as the email you used to book with us is still active, you will automatically receive your points!

How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your VRPlayin account- My Account. Sign in using the email associated with your account and check your booking history and points balance!
I forgot my password - what should I do?
No worries. Simply click 'forgot password' at the log in page and we will email you a reset link.
How do I redeem points toward a booking?
Book online through our website and choose if you'd like to redeem points you have through our booking tool. Or, call in to our store to create a booking over the phone and we'll redeem them for you.
How many stations can I book at a time with points?
However many you want! You're free to use as many points as you want to save off your VR bookings!
Will my points ever expire?
Nope! As long as the email we have on file for you is still active, your points will remain valid in your account.
Terms & Conditions
- Points are not transferable between accounts.
- Dollar amounts spent on drinks and food (including catering) does not qualify for reward points.
- Points cannot be redeemed toward drinks or food (including catering).
- The maximum amount of points you will receive in the backlog is 10,000 ($100).
