General

We're a full-service VR events company, so we provide VR headsets, display screens for spectators, controllers, sanitization supplies, and all necessary accessories—plus trained facilitators and dedicated service staff to run your event seamlessly from start to finish.

Each participant's session typically lasts 2–5 minutes, depending on the number of guests and event duration. We'll recommend content that ensures smooth crowd flow and maximum engagement.

Yes! We offer multiplayer experiences where up to 6 players can play together in the same virtual world. We also have asymmetric games like Acron where one VR player competes against up to 8 others using their phones.

VR headsets are recommended for ages 13 and up by most manufacturers. For younger participants, we can offer supervised, age-appropriate experiences. We always ensure safety guidelines are followed.

Booking & Pricing

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for the best availability, especially for weekend events. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests—just reach out!

We require 14 days notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. We're flexible with rescheduling whenever possible.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. We accept credit cards, e-transfers, and corporate invoicing.

Absolutely! We have in-house developers who can create custom VR content tailored to your brand, messaging, or specific team-building goals. Contact us to discuss your vision.

Logistics & Setup

We recommend a minimum play area of 6.5 x 6.5 feet (2m x 2m) per station. For seated or stationary experiences, 3 x 3 feet is sufficient.

Yes, we'll need access to standard power outlets—typically one outlet per 1–2 VR stations. We bring our own power strips and extension cords.

It depends on your experience selection. Multiplayer experiences require internet connectivity, while single-player experiences run offline. We'll confirm your WiFi requirements during planning.

Yes! We're based in Toronto and travel anywhere in Canada. Travel and parking fees are calculated based on distance to your venue. We'll provide a clear quote upfront with your proposal.

We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your event starts to set up equipment, configure play zones, and conduct safety checks. This ensures everything runs smoothly from the moment your guests arrive.

Safety & Hygiene

We use medical-grade silicone face covers that are replaced between each user, UV-C sanitization devices, and antibacterial wipes. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned before, during, and after events.

Yes, we provide all sanitization supplies including disposable face covers, hand sanitizer stations, and cleaning equipment. Your guests' health and safety are our top priority.

We carefully curate our experience library to include many low-motion options that are comfortable for first-timers. Our facilitators are trained to identify early signs of discomfort and can switch to more suitable content immediately.

Yes, we do! Liability insurance must be purchased at least two weeks in advance of your event. We'll need detailed information including: venue name, address, and contact; your name and address (or your client's); and clarification on who you want us to insure—the venue, your company, or your client. Contact us early to ensure everything is in place for your event.

Technical

We have a wide range of headsets from HTC Vive Pros to Meta Quest 3, and we're continuously updating our equipment to stay current with the latest technology. We currently use business versions of Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S headsets, equipped with extended battery straps for longer uninterrupted gameplay. The business editions also feature enterprise-grade device management for faster setup between users and enhanced durability designed for commercial event use.

We always bring backup equipment to every event. Our trained technicians can quickly swap out any malfunctioning hardware to ensure minimal disruption to your event.

Absolutely! VR works great alongside other activities like photo booths, catering, or team awards. We'll work with you to create a seamless event flow that incorporates VR naturally.
